Terms of Service

• 1.1 By accessing or using the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
• 1.2 If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Site.
• 1.3 You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase on the Site.

• 2.1 You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• 2.2 You may not use the Site to transmit any harmful, fraudulent, or unlawful content, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or interfere with the proper functioning of the Site.
• 2.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• 2.4 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account access at our discretion for violation of these Terms.

• 3.1 SAVI Place is a curated marketplace. Products listed on the Site are sold by independent third-party vendors who have been vetted against our material and certification standards, not by SAVI Place directly, unless otherwise stated.
• 3.2 We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, images, and fiber content information are accurate, but we do not warrant that all product information is error-free, complete, or current.
• 3.3 Product availability, pricing, and specifications are subject to change without notice.

• 4.1 By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that all payment information you supply is accurate.
• 4.2 All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated and do not include applicable taxes or shipping costs, which are calculated and disclosed at checkout.
• 4.3 Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and Stripe. SAVI Place does not store your full payment card information.
• 4.4 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, you will receive a full refund.

• 5.1 Products purchased on SAVI Place are shipped directly to you by the vendor from whom you purchased the product, not from a centralized SAVI Place warehouse. Each vendor sets their own shipping rates and methods, which are shown at checkout before you pay.
• 5.2 Estimated shipping and processing times are shown on each product page and may vary by vendor. SAVI Place is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances outside a vendor's reasonable control.
• 5.3 Lost packages: The vendor bears the risk of loss for your shipment until carrier tracking shows it as delivered to the address you provided at checkout; title passes to you upon delivery. If tracking never shows delivery and your package is lost in transit, the vendor will issue you a full refund (including any shipping charges paid) or ship a replacement at no charge, at your preference. If tracking shows the package was delivered to the address you provided at checkout, neither the vendor nor SAVI Place is obligated to issue a refund; in that case, please check with household members and neighbors, and contact the carrier to open an investigation. You remain responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
• 5.4 If your order contains products from multiple vendors, you may receive multiple separate shipments.

• 6.1 Vendor return policies: Each vendor on SAVI Place sets their own return policy, which is displayed on each product page. Return windows and conditions vary by vendor — please review the applicable policy before purchasing. Full details are available at saviplace.com/pages/returns.
• 6.2 Non-returnable products: Personal care products are non-refundable and not eligible for return under any circumstances, for health and safety reasons.
• 6.3 To initiate a return, contact the vendor directly using the contact information provided on your receipt or order confirmation, including your order number. The vendor will confirm eligibility under their return policy and provide return instructions. If a vendor does not respond within 2 business days, contact hello@saviplace.com.
• 6.4 Refunds are issued to your original payment method once a return is received and inspected.
• 6.5 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for all returns, unless the vendor's stated policy provides otherwise.

• 7.1 All content on the Site — including the SAVI Place name, logo, design, graphics, and original text — is owned by or licensed to Jackpot Ventures LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
• 7.2 Product images, descriptions, and brand content belong to the respective vendors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
• 7.3 You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Site for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

• 8.1 If the Site allows you to submit reviews, comments, or other content, you grant SAVI Place a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and reproduce that content in connection with operating and promoting the Site.
• 8.2 You agree not to submit content that is false, defamatory, obscene, or infringes the rights of any third party.
• 8.3 We reserve the right to remove any user-submitted content at our discretion.

• 9.1 The Site and all products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as required by applicable law.
• 9.2 While every product listed on SAVI Place is vetted against our material and certification standards, we do not guarantee that any product will meet your individual expectations, needs, or sensitivities. Customers with known allergies or sensitivities (including to natural latex) should review product disclosures carefully before purchasing.
• 9.3 We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

• 10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, SAVI Place and Jackpot Ventures LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of any product.
• 10.2 Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.
• 10.3 Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SAVI Place, Jackpot Ventures LLC, and their officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

• 12.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
• 12.2 Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Colorado, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
