• 1.1 Information you provide directly: name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number, and payment information when you create an account, place an order, subscribe to emails, or contact us.
• 1.2 Payment information: We do not store your full payment card details. Payment processing is handled by our payment processor (Stripe) and Shopify's payment infrastructure, which collect and process this information directly in accordance with their own privacy policies.
• 1.3 Automatically collected information: When you browse the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device and usage, including IP address, browser type, pages viewed, time spent on pages, referring URLs, and general location (city/region level) derived from IP address, using cookies and similar tracking technologies.
• 1.4 Vendor order information: Because SAVI Place is a marketplace, information necessary to fulfill your order (name, shipping address, order contents) is shared with the vendor supplying the product(s) in your order, and with PuppetVendors, the platform we use to manage vendor onboarding and fulfillment.

• 2.1 To process and fulfill your orders, including sharing necessary order and shipping information with the relevant vendor(s) and our fulfillment and payment partners.
• 2.2 To communicate with you about your orders, account, customer service inquiries, and — where you have opted in — marketing emails and promotions.
• 2.3 To operate, maintain, and improve the Site, including analyzing browsing behavior and usage patterns through analytics tools.
• 2.4 To detect, prevent, and address fraud, security issues, and violations of our Terms of Service.
• 2.5 To comply with legal obligations, including tax, accounting, and recordkeeping requirements.

• 3.1 We use cookies and similar technologies (provided in part by Shopify) to operate core Site functionality (such as your shopping cart), remember your preferences, and analyze Site traffic.

  • Shopify, our e-commerce platform provider, which processes and stores order, customer, and payment-related data on our behalf.
  • Stripe, our payment processor, which processes payment card information directly and does not share full card details with us.
  • PuppetVendors, our vendor management platform, used to onboard vendors and route order and shipping information to the vendor fulfilling your order.
  • Vendors on our marketplace, who receive the order and shipping information necessary to fulfill the products you purchase from them.
• 4.2 Legal and safety: We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of SAVI Place, our customers, or others.
• 4.3 Business transfers: If SAVI Place is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
• 4.4 We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

• 5.1 We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, including to satisfy legal, accounting, and reporting requirements.
• 5.2 Order and transaction records are generally retained for at least the period required by applicable tax and business recordkeeping laws.
• 5.3 You may request deletion of your account information at any time, subject to our legal obligation to retain certain records (such as order history for tax purposes).

The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your information may be processed and stored in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for transfers of personal information from the EU/EEA/UK.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
